I just came back from Snow Lake - Hispar La with Active Adventures. I simply don’t have the words to describe how incredible this experience was. Everything starting from day one to the finish line was extraordinary. Food was the best I have ever had on any expedition before. The staff, and tour guides were so supportive and respectful that I didn’t feel like a solo female traveller at all despite being the only woman on the expedition. When I got sick after crossing Hispar Pass due to altitude, I was taken care of as best as possible. I will never forget the consideration and care shown by the team. I am already planning my next trek with Active adventure for the year 2027 as we speak. Incredible adventure. Two day trek, climb and scramble through Chundah Valley, camped overnight at 3500mts then next day hard trek to the snowfields and peak of Chundah at 4500mts. Imran organised a driver to skilfully drive us hugging the mountain edge, then a porter and guide who carried tents and sleeping stuff. Really strenuous, epic views, remote, good food, peace beyond belief. Super hard, super team, super views, super snow
